Family Gamenight · EPSA CONSULTING LLC · Effective October 15, 2026
Family Gamenight is a journal for your family's game nights. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We don't sell your data, show ads, or use third-party analytics or tracking. We do collect crash reports so we can fix bugs.
Only to run the app: to store and show your game nights to the members of your family group, compute stats and badges, send the notifications you turned on, confirm purchases, and provide support. Everything you add to a group is visible to every member of that group.
We use Supabase (database, authentication and photo storage, hosted in the United States), Railway (our server), Google Play (purchases), Firebase Cloud Messaging (notifications) and Firebase Crashlytics (crash reports). They process data on our behalf and only to provide their service.
We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account, or on the web at /delete-account. This permanently deletes your account and every group you own, including its game nights, scores and photos. Groups you joined but don't own keep the game nights recorded there, without your account. You can also ask us to delete your data by writing to solutions@epsacon.ai. Backups held by our providers are overwritten within their normal cycle.
Accounts are meant for adults. Children can take part as players without an account, added by an adult in their family group. We don't knowingly create accounts for children under 13; if you believe a child has created one, contact us and we will delete it.
Data is encrypted in transit. Access is restricted so that only members of a group can read its data, and photos are stored privately and shown through short-lived links.
If we change this policy we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
